Limitation of liability

In no event shall iCare be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or
profits. iCare does not involve into on-site services and labor.

Terms and Conditions:

All goods remain the property of iCare until fully paid for. No credit after 30 days, return must be in original packaging and resalable condition. Original POS slip needed
for refund. 20% restocking fee will be applied on all approved returns within 30 days without resalable condition. Shipping insurance will be covered by customer's 
insurance policy unless iCare must be notified by writing. iCare pays for both way shipping for DOA (defetive within 30 days). Otherwise, iCare pays for one way shipping 
for RMA.

RMA Replacement:

Products within warranty period are eligible for exchange service: 
Product defective within 30 days, will be treated as DOA and be replaced a new one.
iCare will cover both way shipping. Over 30 days, repair or exchange to equivalent model.
Cross ship for RMA advanced replacement for Product purchased within 90 days. iCare will charge shipping first, the defective item must be shipped back at clients expense within 30 days for full credit.

Returns for Credit:

Credit for product purchase within 30 days with original packaging and resalable condition. Credit could be remained as store credit or refund. Original POS slip needed for
refund. A 20% restocking fee will be applied based on invoice price for product not in resalable condition. No return or credit after 30 days. Software is non-returnable.
